by giving the body the foods it needs and eliminating those that are harmful.
Chronic inflammation fuels joint problems, arthritis, asthma, dementia, heart
disease and cancer. It can also make viral infections more problematic. Here
are some anti-inflammatory juice recipes to boost immunity.
Inflammation
is a defence reaction by the body's immune system to external aggression
(infection, trauma, burns, allergy) or internal aggression (cancer cells).
There are 2 types of inflammation: acute and chronic.
Acute
inflammation
This
is a perfectly natural and very useful immune function. If your body is injured
in any way (for example, a cut or sprained ankle), an acute inflammatory
