Recipe 1: 4 grapefruits, 8 oranges, 2 yellow lemons, 1 piece of grated ginger, 1 tablespoon honey. Rinse the grapefruit, oranges and lemons.Cut them in half and squeeze out the juice.Blend the juice with the grated ginger and honey. Strain and serve.
Recipe 2: 5 oranges, 1
grapefruit, 1 fresh ginger root, 1/2 or 1 lemon. Start
by peeling the oranges, leaving the white skin on.Cut the half or whole lemon
in half, keeping the skin. Place the lemon slices in the juice
extractor, alternating each time with the oranges, then the piece of ginger and
the grapefruit. This makes it easier for the fruit to pass through,
making it harder to extract the juice.Stir with a spoon and drink immediately.
The juice can also be kept for about 24 hours in the fridge in a small glass
or plastic bottle.
Recipe 3: 2 tablespoons
freshly grated ginger, 2 grapefruits, 250 ml water, 3 teaspoons honey, 2
lemons. Pour the water and ginger into a saucepan. Heat
over medium heat until boiling. Remove from the heat and leave to
cool.Strain the syrup through a sieve into a large carafe or tumbler. Cut
the lemons and grapefruit in half and squeeze out the juice using a citrus
press.Pour the lemon juice and grapefruit juice into the carafe with the ginger
syrup.Stir well.Serve with the honey.
