Regular visits to green spaces, parks and gardens can reduce the consumption of certain drugs such as antidepressants. These are the findings of a study conducted by Finnish researchers and published in the journal « Occupational & Environmental Medicine ». Numerous studies have already been carried out, giving green spaces strong therapeutic properties. For the authors, the accumulation of scientific evidence supporting the health benefits of exposure to nature should increase the supply of green spaces in urban environments.
