Some women have irregular menstrual cycles, often long (between 35 and 45 days): these cycles are called spaniomenorrhoea. In the majority of cases, this has a hormonal cause: women who suffer from spaniomenorrhoea ovulate badly or rarely. It also often happens at the beginning of puberty and at the beginning of the menopause.

Ladies, to have regular cycles, try parsley tea.  Parsley stimulates the blood flow in the pelvic area and the uterus thanks to the presence of apiol in its essence, a substance that acts via the nervous system on the circulatory system and on the smooth muscles. It also strengthens the immune system, helps with weight loss and combats fatigue. It also helps to lower blood sugar levels.

Recipe : Put a few parsley leaves in a cup and pour boiling water. Leave to infuse for about ten minutes and strain. Drink an infusion of parsley, three times a day, from the supposed date of the beginning of the menstrual cycle, until the arrival of the period.
