The heart attack is promoted by different factors: smoking, hypercholesterolemia, hypertension, obesity, stress, sedentary lifestyle. However, it is possible to improve one’s chances of survival by changing certain eating habits: take every day a solid breakfast consisting of a dairy, a source of carbohydrates and fresh fruit, and not to dine too late at least three hours between the end of dinner and bedtime.
