Aniseed tea
Aniseed is ideal for combating

Lemongrass infusion
A cup of lemongrass tea after each
meal stimulates the stomach functions and activates digestion. Because of its
antiseptic and healing properties, lemongrass also relieves inflammation of the
colon. It reduces flatulence, bloating and stomach cramps.
Recipe: 500 ml boiling water, 04

not recommended for people who suffer from acid reflux.
Cinnamon infusion
Cinnamon is a good choice for

difficult digestion, it is recommended to drink 1 cup of cinnamon infusion
between meals for a few days.
Recipe: 1/2 l of water, 1 tablespoon
of cinnamon powder, 1 tablespoon of honey. Bring the water to the boil, once
boiling, put the tea and cinnamon to infuse. Cover and leave to infuse for 5
