Osteoarthritis is a rheumatic
disease caused by wear and tear of articular cartilage, a component whose
function is to cushion and prevent friction between bony parts. It can be accompanied
by stiffness and pins and needles. In the most severe cases, it even leads to
difficulties in the ability to move. However, these symptoms can be controlled
with food. In fact, certain foods have a positive effect on joint health.
Eating these foods is not in itself a treatment for
osteoarthritis. Nevertheless, they should be included in the diet to obtain
