Alcohol

Many people believe that alcohol is very good before sex. Some people even believe that drinking a little alcohol increases their sex drive, but in most cases, people don't stop, and drink even more alcohol which decreases their libido. Too much alcohol kills sexual desire and male virility. It also reduces testosterone production in men.

Too much coffee

Reduce or moderate coffee consumption to increase libido. More than 5 to 6 cups of coffee a day can cause damage to the adrenal glands. The function of the adrenal glands will be reduced due to excessive coffee consumption, producing stress hormones. If you suffer from severe stress, you'll be a total failure in bed. Canned foods

Canned foods contain high levels of sodium. Consuming too much canned food can also lower potassium levels and reduce blood flow to the genitals. Canned foods cause loss of vigor and sexual drive.

Processed foods

Reduce all kinds of processed foods, especially sausages, ham, salami, hot dogs and deli meats. These foods are treated with antibiotics, preservatives and artificial growth hormones. Sugar

Excessive consumption of sweet products is harmful to the arteries. Ice creams and sugary drinks cause blood levels to spike, which in turn considerably lowers testosterone levels. Testosterone levels in men and women are directly linked to libido and sexual desire.

Fried foods

Significantly reduce consumption of French fries, especially by men. This is good for sexual and prostate health. Not only do these hydrogenated fats lead to low testosterone levels, they can also cause sperm abnormalities in men.
