Good blood circulation is vital to good health. It's responsible for delivering oxygen and all the essential nutrients needed by organs, cells and all parts of the body. Blood circulation disorders are caused by excessive consumption of fat, salt, sugar, junk food and the harmful effects of free radicals. These cause hardening or obstruction of the arterial walls, preventing optimal blood transport. What's most worrying is the more serious damage, which then has an impact on the development of cardiovascular disease, diabetes and liver and kidney damage. Fortunately, by adopting a healthy lifestyle and consuming certain home remedies, it is possible to stimulate its proper functioning to reduce all these risks.

Ginger infusion

Ginger root is a food with anti-inflammatory and anti-coagulant properties that can be used to treat cardiovascular disorders. While it's always a good idea to add some to dishes, the best way to consume ginger is in the form of a natural infusion.

Ingredients: 1 spoonful of grated ginger root (10 g) and 1 cup of water (250 ml). Bring a cup of water to the boil and add the grated ginger root. Leave to stand for 10 minutes, then drink. Take once a day, every day.

Garlic orange juice

Garlic is one of the best foods for protecting cardiovascular health. It is therefore rich in antioxidants, vitamins and minerals that purify the blood to eliminate the accumulation of fluids and toxins. Orange juice also provides vitamin C and fibre, two essential nutrients for strengthening the arteries and preventing hardening.

Ingredients: 2 cloves raw garlic, 5 oranges. Squeeze the juice from 5 oranges and mix with the 2 crushed garlic cloves. If you wish, you can also blend it to obtain a homogeneous mixture. Drink the juice on an empty stomach for at least two weeks.
