It is obvious that the more you drink, the more you urinate, and the more your kidneys are able to eliminate waste from burned food. Water is therefore the best natural diuretic. It is surprising how few people drink enough water. Is it because it is insufficient, rare, or even poor quality?
The
thousand demands of daily life delay and eventually obscure the natural
sensation of thirst. As days and months go by, this sensation disappears and no
longer serves as a warning sign of tissue dehydration.
Women
victims of their own behavior
Many
women, whose bladders are more sensitive and smaller than those of men,
hesitate to drink in order to avoid constant trips to the bathroom or untimely
urges while at work, traveling, or even because of an aversion to public
restrooms. However, what may be
acceptable under normal circumstances is no longer so during a weight-loss
diet, and while the arguments about hygiene may prove illusory, there is one
that always ends up convincing: trying to lose weight without drinking is not
only toxic for the body, but can also reduce or even completely block weight
loss and nullify many efforts.
Why
is it necessary to drink during a diet?
Because
the human engine that burns fat during a diet works like any other engine.
Why
is it necessary to drink during a diet?
Because
the human engine that burns fat during a diet works like any other combustion
engine. The energy burned releases heat and waste. If this waste is not
regularly eliminated upstream by the kidneys, its accumulation downstream will
sooner or later interrupt combustion and prevent any weight loss, even with a
perfectly followed diet. The same would be true for a car engine with a blocked
exhaust pipe or a fireplace that is not cleaned of ashes; both would eventually
suffocate and go out under the pile of waste. The nutritional excesses of the
obese and the accumulation of mistreatment and excessive or inconsistent diets
eventually make their kidneys sluggish. More than anyone else, obese people
therefore need large amounts of water to restore their excretory organs to
proper functioning. At first, the process may seem unpleasant and tedious, but
with persistence, it eventually becomes a habit which, reinforced by the
pleasant sensation of cleansing the body internally and losing weight more
effectively, often ends up becoming a necessity once again.
