Tender, crisp and juicy, it is composed of androsterone and androstenol which are supposed to be pheromones that attract the female sex.

Its aphrodisiac virtues are mainly seen in men. Indeed, some components of celery help to improve both the production and transport of testosterone. This hormone, emblematic of virility and masculinity, is necessary for the maturation of the male reproductive system, the formation of muscle mass and the general hormonal balance.

In addition, testosterone also plays a major role in sexual desire, not only in men, but also in women; women also produce it naturally in small quantities. All in good balance.

Recipe: 02 carrots, 02 oranges, 4 celery sticks, 01 ginger root. Wash the carrots, remove both ends and cut them into French fries. Peel the oranges and cut the flesh into small cubes. Cut up celery stalks. Peel and cut the ginger into pieces. Strain the whole mixture in a juice extractor.
