On January 23, 2023, the National Institute of Hygiene (INH) organized a meeting in Lomé with its partners who request quality control analyses. The session aims to strengthen collaborative ties and discuss the results of quality control analyses for water, food, and various products.
Every year, the National
Institute of Hygiene (INH) is committed to organizing a meeting dedicated to
communication and cooperation with its client partners for the analysis of food
and water quality control. This year, 2024 is no exception. The session
provided an opportunity to present the results of a survey conducted among
these partners, shedding light on their specific expectations and concerns. The
Director of INH, Dr. Halatoko Wemboo Afiwa, warmly welcomed the partners,
expressing gratitude for their ongoing collaboration. In her welcome address,
she emphasized the importance of these annual meetings to strengthen exchanges,
share crucial information, and collaborate effectively to ensure the quality of
services provided.
During the session, the
survey results were presented, highlighting strengths and areas where
improvements can be made. This transparent and proactive approach demonstrates
INH's commitment to continuous improvement and partner satisfaction. The
customer satisfaction survey of INH's Applied Hygiene laboratory received
feedback from users of this service. The laboratory maintained its 100%
performance as in 2021, reflecting the laboratory's efforts to achieve customer
satisfaction. Subsequent discussions allowed partners to share their
experiences, suggestions, and expectations. These open exchanges laid the
foundation for enhanced collaboration, enabling INH to better meet the specific
needs of each partner. The ultimate goal remains the constant improvement of
service quality, contributing to the health and well-being of the population.
The session concluded on a
positive note with promising prospects for the coming year. The INH Director
expressed confidence in the continuation of this fruitful collaboration. She
reaffirmed the institute's commitment to maintaining the highest standards of
hygiene and quality control.
