A diet high in
polyunsaturated fats and a sedentary lifestyle contribute to artery blockage.
As a result, blood flow to the heart becomes less fluid. If this issue is not
addressed in time, it can prove fatal, leading to conditions such as angina,
strokes, heart attacks, and coronary crises. However, certain foods can help
naturally cleanse arterial walls.
With these foods, blood can
circulate freely throughout the body, allowing oxygen, antioxidants, and
nutrients to properly fulfill their functions.
Garlic
Garlic is a food with
numerous antioxidant properties. These properties help reduce bad fats in the
arteries. Its high vitamin B content helps prevent the hardening of blood
vessels, thus avoiding blood clot formation and preventing thrombus formation.
Consuming a clove of garlic is one of the best treatments for effectively
cleansing arterial walls. Therefore, it is recommended to consume a clove of
garlic on an empty stomach.
Recipe:
1 clove of garlic, juice of one lemon, 1 glass of water (250 ml). Mix the
garlic and lemon juice in a cup of boiling water and let it cool. Filter the
preparation and store the mixture in the refrigerator for three days. Take one
tablespoon of this remedy before each meal for at least 1 month. Repeat this
treatment once a year.
Turmeric
Turmeric is a spice highly
appreciated for its taste and healing properties. It stimulates bile
production, which promotes better absorption and metabolism of fats. This spice
is also known for its ability to reduce cholesterol in the blood, thus helping
to prevent conditions such as embolism. Season dishes with turmeric.
Recipe:
1/2 tablespoon of turmeric (7.5 g), 1 tablespoon of honey (25 g), 1 cup of
boiling water (250 ml). Mix the two ingredients together. Drink this
preparation once or twice a day after meals.
Ginger
Ginger root is widely used
in Asian medicine and as a condiment. Its antioxidant properties help eliminate
toxins from the arteries. Its characteristic taste enhances the flavor of
dishes. Ginger tea is also an excellent option.
Recipe:
1 glass of water (250 ml), 1 tablespoon of ginger (15 g), 2 tablespoons of
honey (15 g). Boil water with ginger root. Let it infuse for a few minutes. Add
a tablespoon of honey. Drink ginger tea in the evening before going to bed for
one week.
For a healthy heart, avoid
tobacco and engage in physical activity every day for thirty minutes.
Especially include fruits and vegetables in your diet. Avoid red meat and
processed foods. It is recommended to consume fish at least 3 times a week.
