introducing good ones. Everything is done for the well-being of the baby, so
taking care of oneself will be much more motivating. If you are pregnant, diet
plays a fundamental role in the baby's development. Here are some homemade
healthy recipes to help with the baby's proper development and physical
recovery after childbirth.
Pineapple
Juice
Pineapple is a very
diuretic fruit because it is rich in fiber and water, highly recommended for
avoiding water retention so common during pregnancy. Moreover, combined with
parsley, it provides plenty of vitamins B, C, and folic acid.
Recipe:
1/2 portion of pineapple, 1 piece of cucumber with its skin, 1 teaspoon of
ginger powder, 3 sprigs of parsley. Mix all the ingredients in a blender and
add 100 ml of water. Blend everything well until you reach the desired
consistency. You can add more water if needed.

Juice
A simple and delicious way
to get all the antioxidants, minerals, vitamins, and nutrients you need during
this period.
Recipe:
2 tablespoons of fresh spinach, 1 carrot, 1 sprig of celery, 1 slice of
pineapple, 1/2 banana, the juice of one lemon. Thoroughly wash all the
ingredients and blend them in a blender. Mix everything well and add water if
desired and one or two teaspoons of honey.
