way. Thanks to the properties of its ingredients, this drink helps
to speed up the metabolism, as well as filling you up and helping to eliminate
fluid retention.
Recipe
1: The pulp of half a coconut, half a ripe pineapple, a piece of ginger (to
taste), 1 litre of water. First, blend the coconut pulp with hot water for a
few minutes. Add the pineapple and ginger and blend again until you obtain a
more or less homogeneous mixture. Strain the drink and, if desired, chill it in
the fridge. Take this diuretic and purifying drink throughout the day as
follows: 2 glasses on an empty stomach, half an hour before breakfast. 1 glass
mid-morning. 1 glass mid-afternoon. This drink can be taken for one or two
weeks, several times a year until the desired result is achieved. Always
accompany it with a healthy, balanced diet of fruit and vegetables. Do 15 to 30
minutes of sport every day, at least 5 times a week.
Recipe
2. Cut 3 lemons and 2 grapefruits into very thin slices, add 1 litre of water
and boil for 15 minutes. Add 30g of pure honey and boil for a further 5
minutes. Take half a glass 3 times a day before each meal.
