metabolism and produce more melatonin, the hormone responsible for falling
asleep. But nowadays, darkness is becoming a luxury. Many people sleep with
electric lights. Light pollution is significant, even omnipresent, especially
in cities. For good quality sleep, restorative sleep and good health, it's
vital to sleep away from the artificial light that poisons the quality of
sleep.
