Eggplant, an African vegetable and fruit rich in antioxidants, fiber, vitamins and minerals, helps to combat it effectively and act as a natural degreaser.

 Eggplant, a slimming and health ally

Eggplant is made up of water, and is especially rich in fiber, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. Very low in carbohydrates and lipids, it's an excellent fat-burning food. This low-calorie food helps to restore a slim waistline and combat excess abdominal fat. Its diuretic properties are a good remedy against water retention, a frequent cause of a swollen belly. Its high fiber content improves intestinal transit and prevents bloating and constipation.

In addition to targeting abdominal fat, eggplant offers other health benefits. « African eggplant is rich in micronutrients such as vitamins C, K and E, and very high in potassium, which promotes good digestion, a healthy heartbeat and protects against constipation. Eggplants are ideal for diabetics, as they reduce blood sugar levels. They also contain folic acid to strengthen bones and minerals such as iron and magnesium, which are good for the immune system.

 Incorporating eggplant into the diet

Eggplant water is an effective solution for slimming the waistline and detoxifying the body.

Take a clean eggplant and dice it. Place the cubes in a container with half a liter of water and leave to soak overnight. The result is a drink enriched with the virtues of eggplant, ready for consumption the following morning. Drink a glass of this beverage 30 minutes before each meal for greater effectiveness. Add a few drops of lemon juice to enhance the taste. Take for 7 days and repeat once a month to prevent abdominal fat storage.

Apart from this 7-day diet, add eggplant to daily meals and sauces to benefit from its virtues.
